Participatory Budgeting- A National Strategy

In the Community Empowerment White Paper, Communities in Control: Real people, real power, the Government set out its ambition to see participatory budgeting implemented in every local authority by 2012. The National Strategy outlines how the Government aims to achieve this goal.
