London Civic Membership is free.

By becoming a member you have the opportunity to use your expertise and the information that you hold in your organisation to influence the future of London.

The London Civic Forum offers you the chance to:

  • Be involved in debates on proposed policy changes which might affect your work.
  • Work in partnership with a wide variety of other organisations on issues which matter to Londoners.
  • Gain access to the various parts of London government enabling you to get your interests heard.
  • Learn with others how London works and gain new participation skills.
  • Keep up to date with key events around the capital.
  • Raise the profile of the work you are doing in London.

 Benefits of joining are:

  • Invitations to take part in consultation and policy development events with government organisations.
  • Opportunity to network and exchange views with similar organisations and influential London decision-makers.
  • Access to reports and policy briefings.
  • Free subscription to our monthly e-mailed bulletin, which includes current initiatives and main events in London.
  • Free subscription to project-specific e-bulletins from within London Civic Forum, such as the London Empowerment Partnership e-bulletin and the Faiths Forum for London e-bulletin.
  • Free listing on our Membership Directory, which is available on our website.

Full membership is open to organisations wanting to be part of the Forum to represent their organisation’s views. Associate membership is open to individuals who want to be part of the Forum without having to represent an organisation.

As a Full Member (organisation) you have the option to

  • Play a full role in the Forum by standing for council or election to the executive.
  • Attend and contribute to policy working group events to have your say.
  • Use the Forum to ensure your own members and clients are informed and represented.

As an Associate Member (individual), you may join London Civic Forum but cannot stand for election to the Council or Executive.
