The Waltham Forest Open Spaces Forum helps conserve, protect and regenerate open spaces in Waltham Forest, acting as a network of expertise and commitment. The Forum encourages activities, images and words that celebrate the Borough's open spaces. It helps reveal and share the significance and history of these open spaces. It looks for opportunities to improve their quality, and resist loss from neglect, enclosure or built development. The Forum has an interest in routes that link the borough's open spaces and it encourages the use of footpaths.
