Community Forums are a way for you to get your voice heard and challenge local public services. The Community Forums help people who live, work and learn in Merton make sure that the Council and other agencies in the borough know about their concerns and aspirations for their community.
The Community Forums meet four times a year in community venues. Local people are encouraged to put forward issues for the Chair to consider for the next meeting's agenda. Meetings may also include short presentations on new developments in the local area from public agencies such as the Council, the Police or NHS, followed by discussion. Members of the public can share their views on these issues, along with any other concerns or ideas for improvements for their communities.
The forums span the borough, using the town centres of Colliers Wood, Morden, Mitcham, Raynes Park and Wimbledon as reference points for surrounding areas.
See the website to find details of the next meeting of your community forum.
