The focus of the Housing Panel will continue to develop as changes to the way housing is provided to the council's clients and leaseholders- notably through the new Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO). In recent years the panel has included Housing Needs, facilities on estates and the Key Worker Housing Strategy in its work programme.
Recent positive reviews have included reviewing Tenant Participation in decision-making, Caretaking Services and Anti-Social Behaviour on housing estate.
