These informal lunch/buffet events are to share the vision for a forum of local 'stakeholders' in the E13 Learning Community area. E13LC is a cluster of schools in Plaistow, Upton Park & East Ham, engaging in the extended schools agenda and promoting community cohesion. Phase 2 will involve 'how to make a difference' training in March, led by London Citizens. The formal launch of the forum will be in June 2010.
