CALM, formed in 1995, specialises in conflict resolution, helping to resolve problems through mediation. Our mediators are experienced in:
- Neighbour disputes
- community conflict,
- bringing families back together
- victim/offender restoration,
- anti-social behaviour
- employment disputes.
Many people feel stressed and frustrated by their situation. They want to be heard. Mediation helps them to get answers to their questions and to draw up an agreement for the future.
We provide accredited mediation training for:
- people who want to volunteer as mediators
- people who want to improve their personal skills
- in-house conflict management.
