The Community Projects Bank aims to collect ideas for physical works projects that create, enhance or renew public space in local areas. The information collected is added to an ideas bank that helps the Council negotiate public space projects with developers that meet the needs of the local community. The programme gives the community an opportunity to have input into the planning process. Project examples include: parks, community gardens and wildlife areas, children's playgrounds, youth facilities, improving lighting, public art works.
